Never too late to start reading. Here 5 Books for beginners..

1.THE ROOM ON THE ROOF

Written when the author was himself seventeen, this timeless story of love and friendship, with a new introduction and illustration, will be enjoyed by a whole new generation of readers.

I enjoyed a lot you may enjoy it. Easy to understand. The very best of Ruskin!

2. MILK AND HONEY

Author: Rupi kaur

This is the journey of Rupi Kaur through poetry, this book divided into parts i.e., the hurting, the loving, the breaking, the healing. And this is the blood sweat tears of twenty one years. Author used easy words to understand and heart touching. This is my favourite book. If you love poetry you should pick this book.

3.THE ALCHEMIST

Author: Paulo Coelho

A beautiful book about dreams and the treasure. It is a story of a shepherd boy from the Spanish province of andalusia who dreams of travelling the world in search of a treasure as desirable as any ever found. It is an unforgettable story about the essential wisdom of listening to our heart.

4. THE BLUE UMBRELLA

This short, sweet and humorous novella captures life in a hill village of Garhwal. Binya saw the beautiful blue umbrella, she wanted it so badly with the exchange of her lucky leopards claw pendant. She enjoyed a lot with the umbrella but there were many who envied Binya for her treasured possession.
