The above show the concept of ‘A reason for begin’ . The book says , Our ikigai is different for all of us, but one thing we have in common is that we are all searching for meaning. “Once you discover your ikigai, pursuing it and nurturing it everyday will bring meaning to your life.”

  1. Stay active; don’t retire.
  2. Take it slow.
  3. Don’t till your stomach.
  4. Surround yourself with good friends.
  5. Get in shape for your next birthday.
  6. Smile.
  7. Reconnect with nature.
  8. Give thanks.
  9. Live in the moment.
  10. Follow your ikigai

MY REVIEW:

I enjoyed a lot. It may help who are unable to enjoy their life with confusing this book may help. Each concept is reasonable and easy to understand. It helps to us how to live long without any issue.
